Additional requirements to ensure Personal Online Banking functions properly:

  • Cookies – first- and third-party must be enabled. How to Enable Cookies
  • JavaScript – must be enabled
  • PDF Reader – Any currently supported PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Screen Resolution:
    320 pixels wide for responsive content
    1024 x 768 pixels for non-responsive content

Phone/Tablet App

  • Apple iOS version 15.x and higher
    • Functionality not guaranteed on iOS beta programs
  • Google Android version 11 and higher (optimized for Android 14)
    • Mobile Banking does not support the use of Android ‘Developer options’ settings
    • Functionality not guaranteed on Android beta programs
  • Mobile Deposit
    • Requires a camera of at least two mega-pixels in resolution with 512 MB of RA
