He began his career as a CPA with an international accounting firm and later started an investment advisory firm in 1997 that joined Stockman Wealth Management in 2016. Outside of work David enjoys skiing, hiking, running, as well as relaxing on the shores of Flathead Lake.

David was born and raised in Missoula, and after years of urban living, the magnetic pull of his roots brought him back to the Big Sky Country. He holds a doctorate in music, and, in addition to performing around the world, David has spent two decades trading futures and equities. Reading, gardening, and traveling are among David's interests, along with spending time with his wife, Barbara, and their two wonderful dogs.
