Live Video Teller machine is a service that allows bank employees to assist customers with transactions via real-time video chat at select ATM locations. Rather than using a debit/ATM card, the customer uses a valid form of ID, which allows them to complete nearly any transaction that they would be able to do at a traditional teller line.
Currently, the Live Video Teller service is only available to Stockman Bank customers.
Live Video Tellers can assist you with nearly everything that a branch teller can assist with, including check and cash deposits, check cashing, cash withdrawals, credit line advances, loan, line of credit, mortgage, credit card, & safe deposit box payments, balance inquiries, currency exchanges.
The Live Video Teller Machine is available 7 days a week, and the hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 8am-7pm
Friday: 8am-8pm
Saturday: 9am-2pm
Sunday: 10am-2pm
