eBiz Wire Services Update


Stockman Bank will have a scheduled update to eBiz Wire Services on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025. During the update, the wire page within eBiz will be unavailable from 7pm to 8pm. All wire services will be available once the update is complete.

After the update, some additional information will be required when sending domestic and international wires.

It is best practice to verify wire instructions from the intended recipient with confirmation from the recipient bank prior to sending a wire.


Domestic Wires

When sending domestic wires, the following new options will be available for certain wire fields.

  1. The Beneficiary Type will now display multiple identification types:
    • DDA Account Number
    • Tax ID Number
    • Driver's License Number
    • Passport Number 
    We recommend using the DDA Account Number.

  2. The Beneficiary Institution Identification Type will now display multiple identification types:
    • Fed Routing Number
    • Swift Bank Code
    • Chips Participant
    • Chips Identified
    • DDA Account Number
    We recommend using the Fed Routing Number.

  3. The Beneficiary Institution Address is now mandatory and should be:
    Physical structure format such as Street Address, City, State, Zip Code

International Wires

We ask that all customers review their international templates. If changes are necessary, call or email your local Cash Management specialist before July 11, 2025, to request the necessary adjustments.

  1. The Beneficiary Institution Address is now mandatory and should be:
    Physical structure format such as Street Address, City, State, Zip Code

The changes listed above are in preparation for the ISO 20022 requirement by the Federal Reserve that is effective July 14, 2025. ISO 20022 is a standard for electronic data exchange between financial institutions. It enables interoperability between financial institutions, market infrastructures and banking customers.
