We offer our employees a competitive benefits package catered to their position and employment status. We have several benefit options available to employees the first of the month following employment. For those eligible, participation in the medical, dental and vision options occurs the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

The following is a general list of benefits available for employees. Our eligibility for benefits is based on employment status of full time, part time, and other classifications. If the position you are interested in is less than a full time classification, please visit with the hiring manager during an interview process to gather more specifics of eligibility and benefits available.

  • Major Medical Plans – Cafeteria Program

This plan offers comprehensive Major Medical, Dental and Vision. When you enroll in the medical portion of the insurance, you automatically have access to our prescription drug coverage plan and services. Coverage is available to employees, married spouse and eligible dependents. Both you and Stockman Bank share in the cost of the medical selections based on your employment classification and your selected coverage.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO policy and plan)

We offer our employees the freedom to use their time to cover vacation, sick and bereavement days as they see they have the need. The accrual of PTO time depends on your employment classification and length of service. In addition to the PTO time, full time employees receive 9 paid Federal Holidays.

  • 401(k)/Safe Harbor Plan

Employees who are 21 years and over are eligible to participate in the plan once they have met the waiting period. Stockman Bank understands and appreciates the value of saving for retirement. As an employer, we support employees by contributing to their future as well as providing education about the retirement options and aspects available.

  • Short Term Disability Insurance

This benefit provides a portion of your salary if you are disabled and are unable to work. The benefit may last up to 26 weeks.

  • Long Term Disability Insurance

This benefit provides a portion of your salary if you are disabled and your need lasts longer than the Short Term Disability coverage.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

These benefits offer employees the opportunity to make before tax contributions to Dependent Care or Medical Care accounts. You may participate in one or both accounts and once made, your election is in place for the calendar year unless you have a family status change.
