Stockman Bank Donates $25,000 in Flood Relief Assistance to the Park County Community Foundation

(Bozeman, MT) Stockman Bank is pleased to donate $25,000 to the Park County Community Foundation to assist those affected by record flooding two weeks ago.

Within hours of the flood, Stockman established the Montana Flood Relief Fund and invited people and businesses around the state to contribute. Bozeman Market President Paul Pahut says many around the state have pitched in with generous donations. “Flood damage in our neighboring communities of Gardiner, Livingston and those along the Yellowstone River is extensive and devastating. It’s very important to us that we get needed funding to these areas as quickly as possible. We are so grateful to our fellow Montanans who have joined us in this effort with donations to our Relief Fund.”

"On behalf of the many individuals in Park County this fund will help, I want to extend my deep gratitude to everyone at Stockman Bank for their generous support of the SW Montana Flood Relief Fund and the people of Park County,” stated Gavin Clark, Executive Director of the Park County Community Foundation. "Over the past two weeks, I have been witness to an incredible display of people helping people-- the epitome of the Montana Spirit. This gift is an example of that way of life we all love and the reason we call Montana home.”

Stockman Bank opened the Montana Flood Relief Fund with a $10,000 deposit and is matching donations up to a total of $15,000 through August 1, 2022.
