Q: Will my user ID and password stay the same when I log in for the first time?
A: Your user ID will stay the same as long as it meets the minimum username requirements. You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in, however, it can be the same password as it was before as long as it meets the minimum password requirements.
 
Q: What are the username requirements?
A: Usernames are not case sensitive and:
  • Must include a minimum of 6 characters
  • Cannot be all numbers
 
Q: What are the password requirements?
A: Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and include the following:
  • Minimum of 1 letter
  • Minimum of 1 number
  • Minimum of 1 special character
 
Q: Do I need to download a new app, or will the current app on my phone work?
A: You will need to download a new app from your app store.

Q: Will my current account nicknames transfer to the new online banking?
A:
Yes, account nicknames will transfer!
 
Q: Will my current alerts transfer to the new online banking?
A: Alerts will need to be set up again in the new online banking system. You can find detailed instructions on page 6 of our user guide.

Q: I am seeing accounts that I haven't seen before. What do I do?
A: Contact our customer service at 1.833.959.2172
