Doug was raised on a farm in the Valier area and graduated from Northern Montana College. He has been with our Cut Bank team since 1994. He is active in several civic organizations and also enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Jim is a Montana Native and MSU Graduate. He was raised in Townsend before moving on to MSU to pursue a degree in Animal Science. Jim's passion is agriculture and helping Montana's producers. When not at work, he can be found helping his father in law on the farm, attending Bobcat Football games with his wife, or spending time with friends throughout the state.
Pauline “Sissy” has several years of experience in banking and residential real estate lending. Sissy was born and raised in Cut Bank and is a graduate of University of Great Falls. She enjoys living and working in a small community because it gives her the opportunity to personally know all of her customers. Outside of work she enjoys walking, gardening, and is an active member in her church and community.
Rhonda, a Southern California native, moved to Montana in 1987 and began working for us in 2001. She started as a teller and moved her way up to operations officer. She loves spending time with her family going on hiking and camping trips.

Adrian, originally from a ranch outside of Malta, is an MSU graduate with a degree in Ag Business. He has seen the ups and downs of both commercial and agricultural lending during his many years of banking. In his free time, Adrian enjoys archery hunting, fishing with his family and chasing a golf ball around the course.
