eBank Important Information

Internet Requirements & Security

Protecting against security and confidentiality is very important to Stockman Bank.  We use state-of-the-art technology to ensure your eBank transactions are safe and secure.

Here is a list of supported internet browers:

  • Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP2 and Windows 7 SP1:
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher
    • Mozilla Firefox version 3.4 or higher
    • Opera version 10 or higher
    • Google Chrome 4.0 or higher
  • Mac OS X:
    • Apple Safari version 5.0 or higher
    • Mozilla Firefox version 3.4 or higher
    • Opera version 10 or higher
  • Your eBank account will stay active as long as you are accessing it on a regular basis.  Any account that isn't successfully accessed within 180 days will be deleted for security purposes.
  • In order to access eStatements you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9.0 or greater. You can download or update your current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Logging into eBank for the First Time

Once you have received your eBank Enrollment PIN follow the steps below:

  1. From the homepage, click on the Enroll link under the Online Banking heading.
  2. Choose "Enroll using my eBank Enrollment PIN".
  3. Fill out the "First Time User Information".
  4. Choose an Access ID and Password.

    Customizing your Access ID & Password
    • Access ID - must be at least 6 alphanumeric characters
    • Password- must be 8-16 alphanumeric characters
      • Enter your password exactly the same every time using upper and lower case as the password was originally entered.
      • Federal regulatory agencies recognize electronic banking passwords to be equal to a signature; so protect your password carefully.

    Alphanumeric means at least one character must be alphabetic and at least one character must be numeric.

  5. Next, the Set Security Data screen will appear.  Verify your email address and describe the image that appears above your password.  Learn more about Enhanced Security Features.
  6. For an extra layer of security, you will also need to set up three Security Questions and Answers that will by asked in the future each time you log on from a non-personal computer.
  7. You now have access to your accounts through eBank.

Logging into eBank

  • Enter your Access ID (#3 above) in the "Access ID" box on our home page at
  • If you're logging onto a non-personal computer, you will be prompted to answer one of your security questions. (#5 above.)
  • Next, you will be prompted for your Password. (#3 above)
  • You now have access to your accounts through eBank.
