Our Switch Kit is designed to make your "Switch" easy and convenient for you! Follow the five simple steps below to help you switch your account(s), direct deposit and automatic deductions from your current financial institution to Stockman Bank.

Step One - Open a checking account at Stockman Bank

• If you would like to apply for a personal account online, complete the Personal Account Application, Click Here! 
• Or, visit your local Stockman Bank and apply for an account in person

Step Two - How to stop using your account(s) at your previous financial institution

• Be sure to leave enough funds in your former account to cover any outstanding checks, debit card and ACH activity and any monthly fee that may be charged to the account
• If you currently use an online bill payment system, print your existing payee screens to use as a reference when you open your new Stockman Bank online bill pay service, ePay, Learn more about ePay here! 

Step Three - Change your Direct Deposits

• Direct Deposit Change Request Form - complete and mail to companies that directly deposit into your former account; such as payroll, government or pension payments, dividends or annuity payments, or any other income
• Or, visit your local Stockman Bank office and we'll be happy to assist you with completing the necessary forms

Step Four - Change your Automatic Payments

• Automatic Payment / Withdrawal Change Form - complete and mail to companies that automatically charge your account such as monthly club membership dues, insurance premiums, power company bills, charitable contributions and any other charges to your account
• Or, visit your local Stockman Bank office and we'll be happy to assist you with completing the necessary forms

Step Five - Close your account(s) at your previous financial institution

• Make sure all of your outstanding checks and any debit card transactions have cleared your former account
• Make sure you have successfully switched all of your direct deposits, automatic payments/withdrawals and online bill payments to your new Stockman Bank account
• Authorization to Close Account Form - complete and mail to your previous financial institution
